Module Overview 

• Intro Module - this module establishes legal precedent; what, how and why is Common Law different from Statute? How does the Trust work? Why does it work? Case examples of past individuals protecting their wealth with Trusts.
   
• Module 1 - Steps to creating your Trust, considerations before you start, how to plan your trust's purpose and how to structure it for your individual financial goals, examples of different types of trust set ups, the position of the Trustee and handling the Trustees' expenses.
   
• Module 1.2 - Navigating tax liability, deal with property conveyance, and structure your affairs for proper tax avoidance, without creating accidental instances of tax 'evasion,' different considerations for Trustees who are W2 Employees, 1099 Contractors, or Self Employed / Business owners
   
• Module 2 - Trustee powers to make amendments, recordings, and begin to build the Trust 'Corpus' by recording minutes, adding or removing trustees and beneficiaries, and understanding how the Trustee can craft the inner 'laws' of the Trust to accomplish its goals.
