The End of the Rabbit Hole is the Start of Progress
Jul 04, 2024"World-class tax advantages”, “rock-solid asset protection”, ”hyper-efficient estate planning”, etc may just sound like clever hot-button marketing terms to you, and we can’t really blame you if that’s the case.
Most people who find our work have been exposed to people and businesses promising literal free infinite money through the use of extremely complex, technical, and obscure paperwork filing methods, immunity from every law on God’s Green Earth through “status correction”, and even spiritual salvation (can you imagine the hubris!) for signing the right pieces of paperwork. So, again, we totally understand the skepticism we receive from people who stumble onto our vein of thought and action.
Thankfully, we base our entire identity around the value we can actually deliver, the repeatable and predictable action steps that lead to repeatable and predictable outcomes, and the principles of law that afford us the ability to do so.
The Power of the Private Contract
There exists in your home, and perhaps within your reach at this very moment, a weapon so powerful that it has spawned, sustained, subverted, and even erased from history, entire cultures and empires. This weapon is completely silent, requires virtually no training to use, and can never be taken from the reach of human beings.
I am of course, referring to the humble pen. We’ve all heard the adage that “the pen is mightier than the sword”, but to most this is a nice-sounding platitude that amounts to virtually nothing. But in our world, we get to see first-hand the full expression of it’s power.
“All the powers of the government must be carried into operation by individual agency, either through the medium of public officers (who’s duties and powers are laid out by legislative authority/contracts), or contracts made with private individuals” Osborn v. Bank of United States, 22 U.S. 738
The most important method by which governments exercise their private right to contract and disassociate with the territorial limitation upon their lawmaking powers is through the use of franchises, which are contracts.
This reveals the actual commercial mechanism that creates both an entities’ obligation to report, and the taxation interest the government has over it.
Your legal person, LLC’s, S-Corps, etc are all franchises of the state, and in exchange for the benefits of using their property, you forgo privacy, tax advantages, and security.
So, restructuring various commercial activities through the medium of the Private Contract Trust, which has no franchise privileges from the state, but rather owes it’s entire existence to your pen-hand alone, opens the door to massive shifts in your reporting obligations, taxable events, asset privacy, and long-term estate planning in a way that no other entity on earth can.
